Hannah Unruh as Taffy
Hannah Unruh is a Kansas City based improviser, actress, and comedian. She began performing at a young age in local theater productions and went on to study theater and dance at the University of Central Missouri. However, it was comedy she felt was her true calling and moved back to KC in 2019 to begin her comedy career. Hannah quickly became an active presence among the city's thriving comedy scene, performing on the professional ensembles at The KC Improv Company, The Bird Comedy Theater, and independent productions throughout the region. Taffy is Hannah’s feature film debut and was an incredibly fulfilling project to work on.
Jamie Campbell as Dad
Jamie Campbell is a Kansas City based actor and screenwriter who you may recognize from appearances on NBC’s Chicago Fire, Pop TV’s Hollywood Darlings, or the Emmy-nominated ABC series Boondoggle.
His streaming comedy special, Big Dad Energy, which was named “Best Stand-Up Special” at last year’s Laugh After Dark ComedyFest, is available on Amazon Prime Video, and his follow-up special is slated to be released from Dry Bar Comedy later in 2025.
He is one of the writers and stars of Gingerbread Men, a holiday feature from Clearlight Entertainment, which will hit theaters this Christmas. His screenplay, Sneakerhead, is currently in pre-production from Torfoot Pictures.
Todd Linebaugh as Lance
Todd Linebaugh is a lifelong horror movie fan, and is making his feature film debut in the role of Lance. He is also a comedian and improviser, performing regularly at The Bird Comedy Theater in Kansas City.
Todd is also passionate about vintage clothing and is one of the owners of 6 Foot Closet - a storefront housing a meticulously curated collection of vintage clothing and accessories in Kansas City's historic West Bottoms neighborhood.
Nathan Thomas as Father Martin
Nathan Thomas is an improviser, storyteller, standup, and sketch comedian based in Kansas City. Nathan exudes calm and collected energy as he brings a variety of captivating characters to life while being precise and brainy. His One Man shows have been described as "poignant," "a challenge to our own assumptions," and "raw."
Nathan is a member of both The Bird Comedy Theater Players and The KC Improv Company. You can also see him in the upcoming Christmas movie Gingerbread Men, expected to hit theaters this Christmas.
Trish Berrong as Stacy
Trish Berrong is making her feature film debut in the role of Stacy. She has been performing and teaching improvisation in Kansas City, Missouri, for the past 35 years. She has run an improv comedy theater, managed high school improv leagues, created training center programs, and launched the Kansas City Improv Festival, as well as performing with several award winning groups. She lives with her rescue dog and three senior cats.
